i just finished watching “after midnight” [dopo mezzanotte] and it was ok. but it did have this one great quote:

“Being in a couple is like gasoline & polution - it’s destroying the world, but no-one’s come up with anything better”
not that this is a reflection of my case personally…it just made me laugh.

i had a top weekend with troy, pato & goat at the farm over the weekend. there was plenty of fishing, swimming, drinking, bbq & gin; as is most certainly evident here.

all in all very satisfactory. so too is the fact that i got inside my first ever tube on a surfboard last sunday….now just ask me if i got OUT of my first ever tube last sunday…………………

back to work and back being very busy - i’ve finally got approval from my boss to take three weeks off at christmas to go and visit michie in italy. pity it took so long, because now it is both difficult and very expensive. but what price can one put on love eh? we all know i’d just spend it on guitars otherwise… either way i’m tres happy and looking forward to it. i know that between now and then the amount of work is going to be horrific; but i certainly expect that those three weeks will be worth it!
